Building community and consensus since 1984.

Identifying the desired results for your meetings, designing and facilitating the agenda to accomplish those results.  The design draws on a variety of process tools to get the best results from the meeting.

We are a  small, woman-owned, minority business certified by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency through the Texas Unified Certification Program, and recognized as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State of Texas.  We are also “graduates” of the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program.
